What is Embodied Yoga?

In an embodied yoga practice, you meet yourself in a gentle and curious way with no sense of competition or unkindness.

The cultivation of an embodied, responsive practice is to step away from objectifying the body to fulfil the “ideal” image, instead marking a return home, a place to feel safe and secure with our selves.

Embodied yoga is less about the appearance and more about the feeling the practice engenders: trust, love, kindness and compassion for ourselves and others.
