Sally is a registered psychologist, qualified life coach and embodied yoga teacher who supports women who want to improve their health and wellbeing to find realistic solutions for self-care, to finally feel at home in their bodies and to transform their lives.

She specializes in yoga for women’s health, and trauma-informed practice.

Sally offers a unique and holistic approach to wellbeing for women through working one-to-one with individuals, creating online classes, courses, workshops and group programmes, as well as in-person courses and special events.

She combines her expertise in psychology, trauma recovery, menstrual health, and a variety of embodiment practices to create personalized, supportive practices for her clients.
