Sally guides her clients to reclaim their power, sense of wellbeing and self-care rituals through a bespoke approach including psychology, mindset, menstrual cycle awareness, mindfulness and yoga.
Her unique approach combining yoga, coaching & psychological therapy helps you to feel healthy and alive in your body & mind so that you can understand and move past your unhelpful thought patterns, connect to your feelings & your body, and release energy which is stored as a result of trauma and mental health challenges.
Sally has a decade of training in different areas including as an intuitive life coach, a psychologist and a yoga teacher, as well as her own life experiences with mental health challenges and women’s health issues.

There’s a reason why yoga and meditation practices have survived and thrived for thousands of years – because they work! Yoga has the potential to be incredibly healing and helpful. These practices are now backed by scientific research showing us the profound effect that they can have on our lives. Many of us have very physically or cognitively demanding roles, whether in work or as a caregiver, and this has led to a real sense of disconnection and dis-ease in our bodies. Lots of us find ourselves stuck in the past or future with no sense of being truly present. But yet lots of us have the same wish to be happy and healthy. Or we throw ourselves into work or family life without carving out any time for our own self-care or down time. This eventually presents itself as injury, fatigue or anxiety. What we resist persists!

What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic therapy is a form of body-centered therapy that looks at the connection of mind and body and uses both psychological therapies and physical therapies for holistic healing. In addition to talk therapy, somatic therapy practitioners use mind-body exercises and other physical techniques to help release the pent-up tension that is negatively affecting your physical and emotional wellbeing. Somatic therapy can help people who suffer from stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as issues related to trauma and abuse. Those for whom traditional remedies have not been helpful for chronic physical pain, digestive disorders and other medical issues may also benefit from somatic therapy.
