Sometimes we need a little bit of freedom from the structure of our lives – whether it’s the structure of specific exercise or the structure of our work lives.

So, this collection (3 classes) we will be focusing on practices which aim to create freedom and space in the body and mind.

We will also be focusing on regions of the body that commonly hold you back from feeling you can move freely.

I totally believe yoga can be an empowering practice where we make choices to help us to feel free and present, and that absolutely includes choice, so every practice will include several options, some non-traditional movement and some traditional postures.

Our bodies are built to move in so many different ways, and feel-good flows moving in lots of different directions is so supportive of us feeling refreshed and in a better place to face life.

But of course feeling free is also about reducing stress and tension in the mind so we will also be focusing in on that.
