FAB is an online group programme designed to help you manage the symptoms of Fatigue, Anxiety and Breathlessness.
This programme will provide you with techniques and simple coping strategies, allowing you to feel more in control of these 3 symptoms which are very often interlinked.
Fatigue, anxiety and breathlessness are very common symptoms associated with a variety of medical conditions.
You will learn step-by-step ways in which you can take action to help yourself feel better and more in control all the time.
The course is broken down into 4 weekly sessions:
Coping strategies for Fatigue
Coping strategies for Anxiety
Coping Strategies for Breathlessness
A relaxation and energy healing session
Each session is one hour long and will take place live over zoom
Don’t worry if you are unable to attend the session live.
Each call will be recorded with a replay available to watch back at a time that suits you.
